We’re thrilled to announce that tickets for our 2025 RoboThink Summer Camp are officially OPEN!  This summer, your child can dive into a hands-on, action-packed experience where robotics and AI come to life!  From building and programming robots to exploring the cutting-edge world of artificial intelligence, our camp is designed to inspire, challenge, and prepare kids for the future. With AI shaping so many industries, now’s the perfect time for your child to develop skills that will help them lead in tomorrow’s world.

Week 1: June 9 – 13  

Calling all future champions and robot enthusiasts! Brace yourself for an action-packed camp at RoboThink, where you'll embark on an epic journey of building and battling with a wide variety of awe-inspiring robots. Put on your engineer's hat and bring your robot to life using gears, motors, axles, and our state-of-the-art hardware. Then, step into the arena and engage in thrilling battles and challenges that will push your skills to the limit. No experience necessary– just come ready to battle, have fun, and let your robot reign supreme! 



Week 2: June 16 – 20


 


Hey there, future builders! Get your tools ready because it's construction time, RoboThink style! At this mind-blowing camp, you'll be the boss of your very own jobsite, where you'll construct a vibrant city from the ground up. From maneuvering a cool dump truck to smashing through walls with a thrilling wrecking ball, this camp has got it all to fulfill your wildest construction dreams! No prior experience required– come join us at RoboThink and let's build something amazing together!



Week 3: June 23 – 27

 

Attention, future space pioneers! Brace yourselves for an epic expedition to the captivating planet of Mars. What was originally a routine mission has evolved into an extraordinary odyssey, full of surprises and breathtaking discoveries. Equipped with an impressive fleet of rovers inspired by the iconic Curiosity and Perseverance explorations, your child will venture deep into the unknown, unraveling the secrets of this mysterious new world. Using gears, axles, motors, and RoboThink's cutting-edge proprietary hardware, they'll even have the chance to construct a remarkable spaceship, their ticket back to our solar system. No experience necessary– just make sure to bid farewell to Earth before embarking on this thrilling interplanetary adventure!



Week 4: June 30 - July 3 (No camp on Friday)

 

Calling all future aviators! Prepare for an unforgettable experience with RoboThink, where we'll turn your student into a master of the skies. Embark on a thrilling adventure through the fascinating world of aviation, from the earliest flying contraptions to the cutting-edge aircraft of tomorrow. With their own hands, your student will construct magnificent airplanes, helicopters, and even imaginative aircraft that challenge the boundaries of imagination. Soar to new heights and let your student's love for flight reach cloud nine! No prior flying experience necessary– just a whole lot of enthusiasm!



Week 5: July 7 – 11 

 

Step right into the mesmerizing realm of RoboThink Land! As your child takes on the role of the newest rollercoaster engineer, get ready to witness the birth of the most extraordinary amusement park ever created. Armed with motors, axles, gears, and a dash of creativity, they'll design and construct a captivating collection of theme park rides. From the iconic Ferris Wheel to the breathtaking rollercoaster, every creation will bring joy and excitement to all who visit. No prior experience necessary– just bring your imagination and let the adventure begin!



Week 6: July 14 – 18 

 

Embark on an exciting journey into the world of game design at the Intro to Video Game Design Workshop by RoboThink! Get ready to unleash your creativity as you build and personalize your very own simple game using RoboThink's exceptional software. Whether you're a coding novice or have some experience, this workshop is open to all skill levels. Basic computer skills are a must as you dive into the thrilling realm of video game design. Prepare to bring your wildest ideas to life!



Week 7: July 21 – 25

 


Attention, future innovators and robotics enthusiasts! The doors to the prestigious RoboThink STEM Robotics Team are wide open, inviting you to embark on a thrilling journey into the captivating world of robotics. Throughout this immersive program, students will acquire invaluable skills while working with mainboards, DC motors, gears, and axles to construct an astonishing variety of robot designs. From agile robots that navigate complex terrain to ingenious automatons that perform intricate tasks, the possibilities are endless. Brace yourself for the ultimate test of your engineering prowess as you take on the challenge of building a robot entirely from scratch. No prior experience required– just bring your passion for discovery and prepare for an experience that will leave you in awe!



Week 8: July 28 - August 1

 

 WANTED: Visionary minds and young inventors! Brace yourself for an awe-inspiring journey at the RoboThink STEM Inventions camp. If you've ever dreamed of changing the world with your ingenious creations, this is the place to be! Join us as we explore the fascinating landscape of invention, using RoboThink's state-of-the-art hardware to build a plethora of groundbreaking inventions from the annals of history. From the revolutionary water mill to the awe-inspiring conveyor belt, you'll witness firsthand the power of human innovation. And guess what? You'll also have the chance to put your own inventiveness to the test by designing and building your very own solutions to real-world challenges. No prior experience necessary– just bring your insatiable curiosity and be prepared to build and learn!



Week 9: August 4 – 8 

 

Explore the realms of game development and AI with AI Thinklab: Coding, where students utilize our exclusive software to create dynamic and interactive games. These projects are designed to respond to the users' facial expressions and body movements, offering a personalized gaming experience. This program challenges students to think critically about the mechanics of game design and AI integration, providing a comprehensive platform for innovation and creativity in technology.


Week 10: August 11 – 15

FAQ

Q: How do the kids build robots?
A: Each student will build their own robot by following easy-to-understand picture-based instructions. Two students will share one robotics kit. Our experienced RoboThink instructors will be available to provide guidance and support, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for the students.

 

Q: How do the kids create coding projects?
A: Using picture-based instructions, students will work with tablets or laptops, depending on the project, to create and explore their own coding projects. RoboThink instructors will be actively involved throughout the process, offering support and encouragement to help students succeed while having fun.

 

Q: What is the minimum age to participate in the program?
A: The recommended age for participating in RoboThink programs is 6-12 years old. While we occasionally offer workshops and events for preK students, most of our general programs are designed for children aged 6 and up.

 

Q: If my child misses a camp session, can they make it up?
A: If your child misses a camp session, please notify us at least one day in advance. We can arrange a makeup class to next month Wednesday Robotics class or Open RoboLab. Contact us by phone or email to reserve the makeup session.

 

Q: Are lunch and snacks provided?
A: Snacks will be provided once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Please ensure that any allergies are noted during registration. If preferred, students are welcome to bring their own snacks. Lunch is not provided, so students should bring their own lunch.

 

Q: Is water provided?
A: Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, but refillable water stations will be available throughout the day.

Q: Do you provide extended care after camp?
A: Yes, we offer extended care from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. During this time, kids will have the opportunity to explore additional RoboThink STEM activities. If your child is also enrolled in the YES Class, they will complete their daily homework during extended care. We also provide an afternoon snack, but if you prefer, you can send your child with their own snack. Once you register for extended care for the number of weeks you need, we will send you an email to confirm which specific weeks you'd like to use the service.



 

Health & Safety Policies:

  • To attend an in-person program, individuals must be free of fever, diarrhea, and vomiting for at least 24 hours, without the use of medication.

  • If any participant shows signs of illness while at RoboThink, staff may request the individual to wear a mask. Depending on the symptoms, the parent/guardian may be contacted and asked to pick up the child.

 

Emergency Medical Authorization & Acceptance of RoboThink Policies
By registering for a class, camp, or event at RoboThink, you acknowledge and accept the following policies:

The health information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. As the parent or legal guardian, I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in all program activities. I authorize RoboThink to provide emergency care and seek medical, surgical, or dental treatment, including ordering x-rays or necessary tests. I also consent to the release of any necessary records for treatment, payment, or insurance purposes. In case of an emergency, I permit RoboThink to arrange transportation as needed.

If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I grant permission for the healthcare provider selected by RoboThink to administer treatment, including hospitalization, for my child(ren). This form may be copied if necessary.

I understand that my child(ren) will be participating in RoboThink programs, which may involve inherent risks. I agree to waive, release, and hold harmless RoboThink and its staff, managers, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising from participation in any activities at RoboThink.

I also grant RoboThink permission to use any photographs or videos that include my child(ren)'s likeness for promotional or marketing purposes related to RoboThink and its programs.

 


Cancellation Policy

By registering, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 business days before the start date of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after this period but before the first day of the camp will receive a 50% refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the camp has begun.
  • If a class is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled, or refunds will be provided for the affected class.



RoboThink Photo Release Agreement  

You will be able to accept or deny to this release during registration. I acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program, he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink, LLC. to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.
